LOt <br />coverage (buildings) is restricted to 35% or 89,775 square feet. The principal building is 3,600 <br />square feet, the accessoEz building is 936 square feet, for a total of 4,5.36 square feet. Tn.is is ha <br />conformance with lot coverage restrictions. <br /> <br />Size Limits on Accessory Buildings: CRy Code restricts accessr~w buildings to 30% of the floor <br />area of the principal building, artless otherwise approved by City Council.
