W'e have received a Site Pi.an that identifies the <br /> PIaoning <br />proposed location of the new accessory building. We have also been provided with e~erior wall <br />elevations. We offer the follow/rig comments: <br /> <br />Zoning: Tko site is zorted RolR (Shxgle Fa.rrfily Rural Resident/al) and accessory bulldogs are a <br />permitted use in r. hs district. LOt <br />coverage (buildings) is restricted to 35% or 89,775 square feet. The principal building is 3,600 <br />square feet, the accessoEz building is 936 square feet, for a total of 4,5.36 square feet. Tn.is is ha <br />conformance with lot coverage restrictions. <br /> <br />Size Limits on Accessory Buildings: CRy Code restricts accessr~w buildings to 30% of the floor <br />area of the principal building, artless otherwise approved by City Council. La this case, .30% of <br />the floor area oft. he prmcipal building is I080 square feet and the accessory building is proposed <br />at 936 square feet.
