A Statement of the cost of such <br />work shall be transmitted to the City, who shall cause the same to <br />be paid and levied as a special assessments against the property. <br /> <br />State Notification of Violations. Any inspection installation, desig-n, <br />construction, alteration or repair of an ISTS by a licensed person or <br />any pumping and disposal of septage by a licensed pumper or hauler <br />done in violation of the provisions of this Section shall be cause for <br />notification to the MPCA. <br /> <br />Additional Standards for Health and Environmental Protection <br /> <br />a. AdditionaI Standards. The following standards shall also apply: <br /> <br />Costs. Costs incurred under paragraph e.l(f') above, shall be paid out <br />of the City's General Fund. Such costs shalI be charged to the owner <br />of the premises involved as special assessments on the land on which <br />the building or structure is located, and shall be collected in the <br />manner provided for spec/a/assessments. <br /> <br />2. Separation Distances <br /> <br />(a) The separation distance from a well to an ISTS shall be as <br /> specified in M.S. 301i, MN Rules Chapter 4725, as amended. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The separation distances from ISTS to be designated lakes and <br />rivers shall be as identified in the Ramsey City Zoning Chapter <br />of the City Code. <br /> <br />(c) The separation distance from an ISTS to a Type 3, 4, 5 or 6 <br /> wetland shah be seventy-five (75) feet. <br /> <br />Alternative and Experimental Systems. This subdivision hereby <br />adopts by reference MN Rules Chapter 7080.0910, Alternative and <br />Experimental Systems. <br /> <br />(a) Alternative systems are allowed only in areas where a standard <br /> system cannot be installed or is not the most suitable treatment. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />ExperSmental systems may be used in areas where a standard <br />system cannot be installed or if a system is considered new <br />technology with limited data on reliability. <br /> <br />(c) Standards for alternative systems are specified in MN Rules <br /> Chapter 7080.0910 subp. 3 for the following conditions: <br /> <br />8-2I <br /> <br />-297- <br /> <br /> <br />
