-90- <br /> <br />2) Purchase of New and Replacement Computers, Monitors and Printer <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendfiksen, seconded by Councflmember Connolly, to approve <br />Resolution #00-07-174 authorizing the purchase of five computers, seven monitors, and one laser <br />printer according to stated price quotations and vendors in an amount not to exceed $11,200 with <br />$3,925 being transferred from the Equipment Replacement Fund to the General Fund. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Connolly, Anderson, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />I) Schedule Park and Recreation Commission Tour <br /> <br />Staffwas directed to schedule a date in September. <br /> <br />2) Schedule Work Session to Review Logo Design <br /> <br />The work session will be held before the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />3) Budget Work Session <br /> <br />The budget work session will be held July 31, 2000 at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />4) National Night Out <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted that National Night Out is August 1, 2000. <br /> <br />5) Charter Commission <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman noticed that several Charter Commission members were absent at <br />the last meeting and requested that staff contact the members to see ii' they are still interested in <br />being a member of the Commission. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec requested that all Commission Members be notified that if they are unable to <br />attend their meeting to contact City Hall. <br /> <br />City CounciUJuly 11, 2000 <br />Page 15 of 15 <br /> <br /> <br />
