i m ill iim iiiii uiii l ull iiiii uiii iiii im <br />Record ID 2372097 <br />Councilmember Look introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #09 -08 -188 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIR SERVICE ON THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 6830 150 LN NW NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0850 AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #09 -08 -187 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0850 for this use and herein approves the home occupation permit. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />On August 25, 2009 a home occupation permit ( "Permit ") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />( "City ") to Anatoliy and Zinaida Loginov (Permitee) to operate a motor vehicle repair service <br />located on the property generally known as 6830 150 Ln NW and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 4, Block 3, Peltzer Addition, Subject to Easement as Shown On Plat <br />(the "Subject Property ") <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br />1. That this resolution shall allow for a motor vehicle repair service to operate on the <br />Subject Property. <br />2. That the Permittee is allowed one (1) non - resident employees unless otherwise permitted <br />by City Code. Notification must be given to the City if the Permittee will utilize non- <br />resident employees. <br />3. That the established business repair hours are Monday through Friday 10:OOam — 5:OOpm. <br />4. That the number of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed two trips per hour per <br />standard eight hour business day or sixteen vehicle trips per 24 hour period and vehicular <br />traffic trips include deliveries, customer, and employee trips. <br />5. That under no circumstances can the Permittee lease the business portion of the <br />accessory structures located on the Subject Property to any person(s) that does not reside <br />on the Subject Property. <br />6. That the Permittee agrees to comply with section 9.11.08 of City Code relating to outside <br />storage and maneuvering of vehicles and equipment; all maneuvering areas must be <br />2019585.002 <br />
