Councilmember Look introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption:
<br />RESOLUTION #10 -12 -271
<br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF ALPHA DEVELOPMENT
<br />WHEREAS, on November 5, 2010, the Columbo Limited Partnership, hereinafter referred to as
<br />"Applicant ", properly applied for a major subdivision to on the following legally described properties
<br />located in the City of Ramsey:
<br />Lot 1, Block 1, HY -10 Ramsey 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, except that
<br />part thereof depicted as Parcel 2 on Anoka County Highway Right of Way Plat No.
<br />74, which was conveyed to the County of Anoka by Warranty Deed dated January 25,
<br />2010, January 28,2010, as Document No. 2012921.002
<br />-And -
<br />The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 20, Township 32, Range 25,
<br />Anoka County, Minnesota
<br />-And -
<br />Outlot A, Pine Shadows, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in
<br />the office of the County Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota.
<br />-And -
<br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 20, Township 32, Range 25,
<br />Anoka County, Minnesota, except that part platted as Menkveld's Pine Hills North.
<br />-And -
<br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the Northwest
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter that lies north of the Burlington Northern railway
<br />right -of -way, Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota.
<br />(the "Subject Property "); and
<br />WHEREAS, Section 117 -588 of City Codes requires the platting of four or more lots to be
<br />processed as a major subdivision; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan as required under Section 117-
<br />588 of the City Code on September 16, 2010; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Applicant submitted an application for preliminary plat on September 3` and
<br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat on October 7 2010; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat on October 26` 2010 as required
<br />under City Code Section 117 -588; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Applicant submitted an application for a final plat application on November 5`
<br />2010; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat on December 14, 2010 as required under
<br />City Code Section 117 -588.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:
