28. That the proposed use will not be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br />highways and streets. The existing street serving the Subject Property was not adequately <br />designed or constructed to handle the level of activity of the Home Occupation. <br />29. That the proposed use will create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public <br />facilities and services, and it will be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. The <br />on- street parking observed from the Home Occupation puts an unreasonable strain on traffic <br />circulation for Tungsten St NW. <br />30.
