Councilmember Look introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />RESOLUTION #10 -12 -264 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT ALLOWING A <br />TEMPORARY MODULAR OFFICE STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 14100 JASPAR ST NW, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0881; AND DECLARING <br />THE TERMS OF SAME. <br />WHEREAS, City of Ramsey Public Works Department, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant," properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City ") for renew for an Interim Use <br />Permit to place a temporary modular office structure on the same parcel as their existing facility <br />for an interim period of time on the property generally known as 14100 Jaspar St NW and legally <br />described as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park, Anoka County, MN <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on January 6, 2005 to review the request for <br />an Interim Use Permit to place a temporary modular office structure on the Subject Property for <br />an interim period of time and conducted a public hearing. And the City Council approved the <br />request on January 25, 2005. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council met on December 14, 2010 to review the request for a <br />renewal of the existing Interim Use Permit for a temporary modular office structure on the <br />Subject Property for an interim period of time. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 117 -52 (Interim Use Permits) of the Ramsey City Code. <br />The conditions of this Permit are as follows: <br />1) That the Permittee shall be allowed to utilize a temporary modular office structure on the <br />Subject Property effective upon the date of City Council approval and expiring on December <br />15, 2015. <br />2) That the Permittee shall adhere to all State Fire and Building Codes regarding the installation <br />and utilization of the temporary modular office structure. <br />3) That the Permittee shall submit a revised site plan, showing outside storage areas, areas to be <br />graded and areas to be re- surface pursuant to the recommendation of the Public Works <br />Committee. <br />4) The Permittee will be required to maintain a minimum of nineteen (19) parking stalls <br />consisting of bituminous pavement. <br />
