Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City hall on the 14 day <br />of December, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Wise <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution, the reading of which was dispensed with <br />by unanimous consent, and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #10 -12 -268 <br />RESOLUTION DECERTIFYING TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS NO. 11, 12 <br />AND 13 AND RETURNING EXCESS TAX INCREMENTS TO OTHER TAXING <br />JURISDICTIONS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey (the "City ") has heretofore created Tax Increment <br />Financing Districts No. 11, 12 and 13 (the "Tax Increment Districts "); and <br />WHEREAS, the developments to be undertaken within the Tax Increment Districts as set <br />forth in the tax increment financing plans have been completed and the final tax increment payments <br />have been made or decertification of the Tax Increment Districts are required pursuant to law. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council ") of the City of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota (the "City") as follows: <br />1. That the City Council hereby finds, declares and determines to decertify Tax Increment <br />Financing Districts No. 11, 12 and 13 effective as of December 31, 2010. <br />2. That any tax increments collected from Tax Increment Financing Districts No. 11, 12, and 13 <br />shall be returned to the County Auditor of Anoka County for distribution to the affected tax <br />jurisdictions in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.176, subdivision 2. <br />Resolution #10 -12 -268 <br />Page 1 of <br />
