PUBLIC HEARING <br />6.01: Public Hearing and Request for Adoption of a City of Ramsey 2011-2015 Capital <br />Improvement Plan <br />Mayor Ramsey closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:04 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br />Public Hearing <br />Mayor Ramsey called the public hearing to order at 7:05 p.m. <br />Presentation <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report. <br />Councilmember Elvig requested the Capital Improvement Plan be published on the City's <br />web site. <br />Citizen Input <br />There was none. <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Backous, Elvig, McGlone, <br />Tossey, and Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey. <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:04 p.m. <br />Council Business <br />Mayor Ramsey called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:04 p.m. <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to adopt Resolution #11- <br />01-030 adopting the City of Ramsey's 2011-2015 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) <br />Motion carried.
