Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # CONSIDER A RESOLUTION APPOINTING BOARD AND COMMISSION MEMBERS WHEREAS, there will be thirteen open seats on the City's boards and commissions as of April 1, 2011; and WHEREAS, all vacancies were advertised in the Ramsey Resident, the Anoka County Union, on the City's website, QCTV, in the January utility billing statements, and via the city's email notification system.; and WHEREAS, at its March 1, 2011 work session, the City Council agreed by consensus to the following appointments with exception to the seat on the EDA; and WHEREAS, at the March 8, 2011 regular meeting the City Council motioned to act based on discussion to fill the term beginning on April 1, 2011 on the EDA.
