'' ':: The purpose of the hearing is to adopt the City of Ramsey 2011 -2015 Capital ImprovementProgram. The . ___Qapital Imorovement.Program ira long -term: financial plan of at ieast five years that consiits -of projects and facilities that are or will be needed by the City' in carrying out the future needs for the public - health, safety and welfare of the City. The Capitial Improvement Program document is categorized by projects relating to site acquisitions, streetimprove- ments, utility system improvements, municipal buildings and park improvements. - Approval of the Capital Improve- ment Program by City Council does not authorize spending or initiation of any given. project. It does however, provide a guide for the community for a whole array of private and pub - Iic- decision making, impacted by public capital expenditures. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment , on the City's 2011-2015 Capital Improvement Program. • • Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to ,Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
