FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Finance Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 11, 2011, in <br />the Mississippi River Room, Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />All voted in favor. <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember Randy Backous <br />Councilmember Jeff Wise <br />Also Present: Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Finance Committee was called to order at 5:35 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Consensus was to approve the agenda as presented. <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS: <br />1) Nominate Chair and Vice -Chair for Finance Committee <br />Motion by Councilmember Wise and seconded by Councilmember Backous to nominate <br />Councilmember Elvig as Chair of the Finance Committee. <br />Motion by Councilmember Wise and seconded by Councilmember Elvig to nominate <br />Councilmember Backous as Vice -Chair of the Finance Committee. <br />All voted in favor. <br />COMMITTEE /STAFF INPUT <br />The Finance Committee talked about the November financials and presentation of same. <br />The Committee would like to be involved in more issues, especially relating to The COR. <br />Finance Committee — January 11, 2011 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
