• This woody material, as it was not purchased, would not be subject to the need to be declared surplus <br />material for sale by City Council. <br />• That persons bidding sign a 'hold harmless' waiver as part of issuing their quote. <br />• That the City may withhold from this disbursement process hardwoods for preparing quality woodchips for <br />municipal use, for sale, or to give away to residents at the discretion of the City. <br />• That this policy may be amended by City Council at any time. <br />Funding Source: <br />Funding is not required for implementation of this policy; and it is estimated that this may generate between $50 <br />to $1,000 on an average per year for the city's General Fund.
