CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, February 1, 2011, in the <br />Lake Itasca Room of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Also Present: <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember Randy Backous <br />Councilmember David Elvig (arrived 5:43 p.m.) <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jason Tossey <br />Councilmember Jeff Wise <br />City Administrator Kurtis G. Ulrich <br />Deputy City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />City Attorney William K Goodrich <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Ramsey called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 5:32 p.m. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember McGlone to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />Motion carried. All present voted in favor. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Consider Purchase of Property having an Anoka County Property <br />Identification Number (PIN) of 28- 32 -25 -43 -0007. This Case was posted as portions closed to <br />the public. <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated this is consideration of a purchase of property and therefore, the <br />Council can now move into closed session. This closed portion will be tape- recorded and the <br />tape will be kept on file for eight years. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Backous to close this portion <br />of the Special City Council meeting. <br />Motion carried.
