Councilmember McGlone introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #11 -01 -031 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CROSS OF HOPE ADDITION WHEREAS, Cross of Hope Lutheran Church, hereafter referred to as "Developer ", has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey The west 10 acres of the east 20 acres of Lot 1 Auditors Subdivision No. 27, except that part platted as Garden of Hope, also except road, subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota - and - The east 10 acres of Lot 1 Auditors Subdivision No. 27, subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota - or upon recording - Lot 1 Block 1 and Outlot A; Cross of Hope Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota AND WHEREAS, on October 4, 2010 the City received application and sketch plan from Cross of Hope Lutheran Church for Cross of Hope Addition; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on November 4, 2010, and provided comments on the sketch plan of Cross of Hope Addition and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the City received the proposed final plat for approval on January 11, 2011. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Cross of Hope Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon developer entering into a development agreement with the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Ramsey Councilmember McGlone Councilmember Jeffrey Councilmember Backous Councilmember Elvig Councilmember Tossey Councilmember Wise
