Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #11 -01 -029 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED 2011 CITY HEALTH INSURANCE <br />CONTRIBUTIONS FOR NON -UNION EMPLOYEES <br />WHEREAS, a resolution regarding non -union contributions was approved on December <br />14, 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, at that time the city was in the process of strategic negotiations with the <br />unions; and <br />WHEREAS, in an effort to be consistent among all employee groups, non -union <br />employees have historically received the same contributions as unionized employees; and <br />WHEREAS, the figures below maintain that consistence; and <br />WHEREAS, the city's health insurance contributions have been included in the 2011 <br />General Fund Budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1.
