Councilmember Jeffrey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #10 -10 -228 CONSIDER A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO REORGANIZE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES WHEREAS, there have been several recent changes to the staffing of the Administrative Services department; and WHEREAS, staff intends to remove the Human Resources Manager /Assistant Director of Administrative Services position from the 2011 budget in favor of an internal staff promotion and a reassignment of duties; and WHEREAS, staff requests promoting the Interim Human Resources Representative to Human Resources Representative at an hourly rate of $27.10 effective September 1, 2010; and WHEREAS, staff requests a reclassification for the Records Management Clerk to Deputy City Clerk an hourly rate of $25.11 effective October 13, 2010; and WHEREAS, staff requests accepting the resignation of the Management Intern. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to do the following: a. Authorize a title change for Colleen Lasher, the City's Interim Human Resources Representative and her promotion to Human Resources Representative at step one of the wage scale which is $27.10 per hour effective September 1, 2010 b. Authorize a reclassification for Amy Dietl, the City's Records Management Clerk to Deputy City Clerk at step six of the wage scale which is $25.11 per hour effective October 13, 2010 c. Accept the resignation of Jessica Hendricks, the City's Management Intem.
