"Building Quality <br />Communities" is this year's Cities Week theme and it is a chance for City Hall to open its doors <br />and invite our neighbors and fi'lends to learn more about our community, what we've done over <br />the past year and where we'd like to go. <br /> <br /> "Building a high quality community is out' city's main goal," said [city mayor or other <br />representative].
