' ' <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That Reilley Estates Partnership, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has properly applied <br /> to rezone certain property from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br /> 2. That the property proposed to be rezoned is legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> That part of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> Government Lot 2 and Government Lot 3; Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, except <br /> those parts of said Government Lot 2 and Government Lot 3, platted as Reilley Estates <br /> and Reilley Estates Third Addition, according to the recorded plats, on file in the office of <br /> the County Recorder, Anoka County. <br /> <br /> The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, <br /> Anoka County Minnesota, except the South 660 feet of the West 181.5 feet thereof. <br /> <br /> The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota, except the west 1206 feet and except the South 660 feet <br /> thereof. <br /> <br /> (the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />3. That the total area of the Subject Property is approximately seventy-five (75) acres. <br /> <br />4. That the Subject Property is currently zoned R-1 Rural Residential and is within the <br /> boundaries of the Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA). <br /> <br />5.
