AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CILiPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF tL4JVISEY, M/NNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENI)MENT The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Rural Residential to R-] Urban Residentiah Government Lot 2, Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, except part platted is Reilley Estates subject easement to record. and Government Lot 3, Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, except part platted is P-.eilley Estates and F. eilley Estates 3~ Addition, subject easement to record. and Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter, Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, except the south 660 feet of the west of I81.5 feet, thereof together with the southeasterly quarter of the northwest quarter of said section, except the west 12.06 feet, thereof also 660 feet, thereof except road subject to easement of record. SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby inslx-ucted to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map," which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code.
