Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #00-10-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES CONTRACT TO <br />JURAN & MOODY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, requests for proposals for financial advisory services were sent out on <br />September 11, 2000 to Juran & Moody and Springsted Public Finance Advisers; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the bids were solicited and opened on September 22, 2000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposal received fi.om Juran & Moody. provides the best level of <br />service and fees to the City. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) Staff be directed to establish a financial advisory relationship with Juran and Moody <br /> effective October 10, 2000. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by, and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />the following voted against: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 10 day of October, 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />-85- <br /> <br /> <br />
