Councilmember __ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #00-10-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 3t° PARTIAL PAYMENT TO MEADOWVALE <br />CONSTRUCTION FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-66 (JUNIPER RIDGE DRIVE <br />STORM SEWER), #99-68 (I64TM LANE STORM SEWER) AND #00-28 (FLINTWOOD <br />STORM SEWER) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski inspected the completed work and <br />recommended third partial payment to Meadowvale Construction in the amount of $47,818.92. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes third partial payment to Meadowvale <br /> Construction for Improvement Project #99-66, #99-68 and #00-28 in the amount of <br /> $$47,818.92 on October 10, 2000. <br /> <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br /> Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br /> <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not inclUded in resolutions approving payment of <br /> bills for the month of October 2000. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br /> resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the l0th day of October, 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />-43- <br /> <br /> <br />
