Olson, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Improvement Project 00-21 consists of 0.5 miles of City street with watermain, sanitary sewer, <br />and storm sewer to serve the development of over 56 acres of commercial and industrial property, <br />identified as the Makens property. Authorization to advertise for bids was ordered on September 13, <br />2000, and bids are scheduled to be received Friday, October 6, 2000. The bid results will be <br />made available along with a resolution awarding the project to the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />To be presented at the meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to approve Resolution #00-10-XXX, awarding Project 00-21, 143rd Avenue NW Street <br />and Utility Construction to the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> <br />CC: 10/10/00 <br /> <br />-57- <br /> <br /> <br />
