In order for them to <br /> '-: continue witl-i.~COnstruction they had to construct the ponding and the necessary work was done <br /> "land approved'::" A topograph/cal map was completed and used by the governing boards to <br /> det~nn/ne that <br /> the ponding and drainage would accommodate the major floods without leaving <br /> the praises. There were thousands of dollars charged to them to do the work atler the financing <br /> was. completed.
