PAVING) <br /> <br />PAYMENT TO DMJ CORPORATION FOR <br />AND #99-12 (JACKAL STREET N.W. AND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 23, 2000, the Ramsey. City Council approved Improvement Project <br />#99-11 and #99-12 as a assessment project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 27, 2000, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #00-06-163 <br />awarding the bid for Jackal Street N.W. and Iguana Street N.W. paving project to DMJ <br />Corporation in the amount of $50,329.50; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer, Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends final payment to DMJ Corporation in the amount of $2,355.64. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to DMJ Corporation for Jackal <br />Street N.W. and Iguana Street N.W. paving project in the amount of $2,355.64. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of November 14, 2000. <br /> <br />~) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by-Councilmember _ <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #00-11- <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />-203- <br /> <br /> <br />
