There will be only 3 to 4 at most <br />times. I will not leave any dog that will <br />bark out past ~,~l~?n or before 8am. <br />Excrement refiaoval plan: <br />There are two poss~[e plans for excrement removal [ will use whichever is most acceptable to the city:. <br />I.
