9. That the Applicant has stated that the dogs on the Subject Property are trained and groomed for confirmation competitions. 10. That the Applicant has submitted a site plan that identifies an inside kennel, outside kennel, and an existing fence in the back yard for an exercise area for the dogs. 11. That the Applicant has stated that the dogs will be kenneled outdoors during the day and kenneled indoors by 8:00pm every evening. 12. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. 13. That the proPOsed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. 14. That the proposed use could substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market value of any surrounding property. 15. That the proposed use will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. 16. That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as highways and streets. 17. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. .' 18. That the proposed use will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, n°ise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors.
