9. That the Applicant has stated that the dogs on the Subject Property are trained and groomed <br /> for confirmation competitions. <br /> <br />10. That the Applicant has submitted a site plan that identifies an inside kennel, outside kennel, <br /> and an existing fence in the back yard for an exercise area for the dogs. <br /> <br />11. That the Applicant has stated that the dogs will be kenneled outdoors during the day and <br /> kenneled indoors by 8:00pm every evening. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />13. That the proPOsed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use could substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br /> value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />16.
