Specifically, the discharge credits are for limiting discharge below the pre- <br />development rates for the 5-year and 100-year storms and providing a wet pond with a <br />volume of 1.3 times the runoff from an 0.34 inch rainfall. <br /> <br />The estimated costs of providing the drainage calculations required by the City to <br />determine if a commercial or industrial establishment qualifies for the discharge credit <br />will depend on three conditions. One, Hakansorl Anderson Associates, inc. completed <br />a grading and drainage plan and drainage calculations during the development of the <br />site. The second condilien is an establishment which, had a grading and drainage plan <br />and drainage calculations completed by another engineering firm during development. <br />The third condition would be that there are no existing plans or calculations available on <br />the site. <br /> <br />For the first condition, a site on which we had done the previous work, ] would estimate <br />the cost of completing the discharge credit calculations to be approximately $200. For. <br />the second condition, if a site plan.and drainage calculations are provided by the owner, <br />J would estimate the cost of completing the discharge credit calculations to be $500 to <br />$600. In the event no plans or calculations are available, we would first have to <br />complete a survey of the site to determine the impervious 'areas and on-site pending <br />areas. Therefore, the cost to do the discharge credit calculations is estimated to be <br />approximately $1200. <br /> <br />If you have any further questions Or need additional information, please let me know. <br /> <br />-257- <br /> <br /> <br />
