Councilr0,embe%. introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #00~11-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A BENELLI SHOTGUN FROM <br />DRUG FORFEITURE FUNDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Squad #309 is currently not equipped with a shotgun; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the purchase of an additional shotgun would outfit all of the City's primary <br />squads. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAtVlSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the purchase of a Benelli shotgun from the <br />Peace Officer's Special Revenue Drug Forfeiture Fund in the amount of $1,275. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 14th day of November, 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />-296~ <br /> <br /> <br />
