Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #00-11-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF <br />EQUIPMENT AND TRANSFERRING $433.69 <br />REPLACEMENT FUND TO GENERAL FUND <br /> <br />REPLACEMENT OXYGEN <br />FROM THE EQUIPMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the Finance Committee of November 14, 2000, staff presented a request <br />fbr the purchase of oxygen equipment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that the replacement oxygen equipment can be <br />funded from the Equipment Replacement Fund utilizing funding established from outdated first <br />aid equipment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this purchase would require a budget amendment to reallocate $433.69 <br />from the Equipment Replacement Fund to the General Fund. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, aS follows: <br /> <br />1. The Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the purchase of replacement oxygen equipment <br />in the amount of $433.69. <br />2. The Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes a budget amendment to the General Fund from <br /> the Equipment Replacement Fund in the amount of $433.69. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Rams.ey City Council <br />this the 14th day of November, 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
