Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Required Action with Regard to Proposed Charter Amendment Increasing <br /> the Number of Council Members from four to Six. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that, at the September 6, 2000 Ramsey Charter Commission <br />meeting, they proposed that the City Charter be amended to provide that the number of <br />Councilmembers be increased from four to six members.
