-42- 4) · Consider Revising Police Records Manager Job Description to Create Office Supervisor Position Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to revise the Police Records Manager position to Office Supervisor with an annual starting salary of $35,602 per year. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Hendriksen, Cormolly, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. 5) Authorize Recruiting an Office Supervisor for the Police Department Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Connolly, to authorize staff to begin recruiting an Office Supervisor for the Police Department to replace the position of Police Records Manager. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Connolly, Hendriksen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. 6) Authorize Appointment of Paid On-Call Fire Fighters Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Connolly, to authorize appointing Steve Engh, Jim Grega, and Les Johnson to the positions of paid, on-call fire fighter positions contingent upon satisfactory results of the criminal back~ound checks, driving record checks, and required physical examinations. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Connolly, Henddksen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. 7) Authorize Process to Recruit for Position of Building Inspector/Fire Code Enforcement Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember I-tendriksen, to authorize staff to begin recruiting for the Building Inspector/Fire Code Enforcement position.
