Motion to by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to ~'~e the public hearing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, and Connolly. Voting No: None. The public heating closed at 10:39 p.m..
