-102- <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #00-11- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING TIlE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />AMENDMENT FOR AN ADDITIONAL PERMANET STRUCTURE AT THE GREEN <br />VALLEY GREENHOUSE FACILITY, BASED UPON FINDINGS OF FACT #0 AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF SAM]E. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Wayne Davis (Permittee) has properly applied for a conditional use'permit <br />(CUP) amendment on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, Range 2_5, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, subject to easement to RUral Co-op Power Association. <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> wHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on November 6, 2000, conducted a public <br />hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br />Now THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as 'follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Term: This CUP shall be perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed <br />herein are complied with. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Site Development: The operation of the greenhouse shall be permitted to include a 528 <br />square foot mechanical building to house the boiler for the heating system and said <br />building shall be sided and roofed with materials compatible with the greenhouse <br />structures. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That any future addition or expansions of permanent structures on the Subject Property <br />must be reviewed and approved by the City as an amendment to the Conditional Use <br />Permit. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this amended CUP. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />The Community Development Department of the City of Ramsey (City) shall have the <br />right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, <br />upon reasonable request. In the event the Permit-tee is determined to be in violation of <br />any of the conditions set forth herein, the City shall give the Permittee written notice of <br />the violation.
