A trunk usage charge is required by the CITY for usage of its <br />Trunk Sewer and Water System, which charge is $1734.00 per residential unit created. A <br />payment of Fifty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Four Dollars and no cents <br />($53,754.00) (31 units x $1734/unit) is due at the City prior to releasing the Plat for <br />recording. <br /> <br />II. STAGE II IMPROVEIVlENTS AND FINANCIAL GUARANTEES <br /> <br />Street Cleaning. From time to time, the CITY may remove accumulations of soil, earth <br />and debris from the public streets resulting from the construction of the Plat. It shall be the <br />'DEVELOPER'S responsibility to pay the costs associated with this necessary street <br />cleaning. Invoices from the CITY to the DEVELOPER for such costs shall be paid within <br />fifteen (I 5)days of the date of the invoice. <br /> <br />Trail Development Fee. The City Council has enacted a trail development fee in the <br />amount of Three Hundred Dollars and no cents ($300.00) per unit. Therefore a payment in <br />the mount of Nine Thousand Three Hundred Dollars and no cents ($9,300.00) (31 units x <br />$300) is due at the City prior to releasing the Final Plat for recording. <br /> <br />Sidewalk and Crosswalk Construction. The DEVELOPER shall construct and pave, .in <br />accordance with CITY standards, a five (5) foot w/de concrete sidewalk, not to exceed 5% <br />in grade, parallel to the east/west street entering the Plat that shall terminate at the <br />intersection with the north/south street. The DEVELOPER shall also provide a crosswalk <br />across the north/south street to link the sidewalk to the recreational area on the east side of <br />the .north/south street. <br /> <br />Trail Corridor. Upon the City's request and at no compensation, the DEVELOPER <br />herein agrees to provide the. CITY with an easement for trail purposes parallel to Trunk <br />Highway #47 for the entire length of the Plat. <br /> <br />Playground: The DEVELOPER shall be responsible for developing a .recreational <br />playground in the Plat, the size and design 'of which are subject to the approval of the <br />CITY. Further, 'the DEVELOPER herein agrees to accept perpetual responsibility for the <br />maintenance and liabilities associated with the play~ound. <br /> <br />Street/Traffic Signs, Street Lights, Street Cleaning and Seal Coating. The CITY will <br />install in the Plat, as Stage II Improvements, street/traffic signs and sealcoating...
