-280- <br /> <br />Insurance Service Agreement <br /> <br />This agreement is made between the City of Ramsey and T. C. Field & Company for <br />property and casualty insurance agent services. <br /> <br />T.C. Field & Company agrees to provide the following insurance agent services for <br />the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Services to-be provided: <br /> <br />A. Advise and assist the city in assembling and accurate reporting of <br />underwriting data, including updating property values for rating purposes. <br /> <br />B. Advising and assisting the city in evaluating and selecting among coverage <br />alternatives such as deductibles, limits, optional coverages and alternative coverage <br />forms. <br /> <br />C. Review coverage documents and invoices to assure that coverage has been <br />correctly issued and billed. <br /> <br />D. Advise the city on potential gaps or overlaps in coverage. <br /> <br />E. Provide assistance to the city in the reporting of claims to the insurance <br />company. <br /> <br />F. Review loss experience reports for correct reportin§, and appropriateness of <br />reserves for outstanding claims. <br /> <br />G. Assist as requested with safety and loss control activities. <br /> <br />H. Assist the city in identifying risk exposures and developing appropriate <br />strategies to address those exposures. <br /> <br />Term of Agreement: <br /> <br />This agreement shall run from October 28, 1999 through October 27, 2000.
