Consensus of the Committee was to schedule a public hearing and notifying the business owners in Rivers Bend Plaza as well as the residents east of T.H. #47. Consensus was to schedule a public hearing in February. 4) Update on Storm Water Utility The Committee was presented with information from staff regarding the Utility and requ. ested more time to review the information and discuss it at the next Public Works meeting. 5) Consider Renaming 149~' Avenue NW (East of T.H. #47) to Sunwood Drive NW Councilmember Zimmerman stated that the Committee recommended initiating the process to rename 149'h Avenue to Sunwood Drive NW. City Enginecr Jankowski noted that the name change would not affect any residents. Consensus of the Council was to send out a notice to all residents adjacent to 149th as to the possibility of 149~' Avenue being renamed to Sunwood Drive. 6) Hematite Street NW and 153~a Avenue NW Site Lines Councihnember Zimmerman stated that the Cornmittee decided that this was an issue that could be dealt with at a staff level.. 7) Paving Request City Engineer .}ankowski stated that staff had received a few requests fi'om residents to send out a survey to determine if people were interested in having their street paved.
