City Administrator Norman replied that staff will argue against that because staff does Participate <br />more in Committee meetings and it may be perceived by residents as being disrespectful to <br />Councihnembers as well as the fact that he does not feel they will have as in depth of <br />discussions. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that he is willing to take the chance that staff might take the - <br />slight criticism rather than the Council being perceived as dishonest. If there are tkree or more <br />Councilmembers present for a meeting, he would like to see it broadcast on Cable TV. Two <br />members or less is not a quorum and would not require being broadcast. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Cottncihnember Zirmnerman, to adjourn <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
