-160- EXHIBIT A CITY OF RAMSEY COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HBA.RING ' ON ESTABLISHMENT OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 8 WITHIN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "CounciI") of the City of Ramsey, Anoka Count},.,, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 12, 2000, at 7:00 p.m., at the Ramsey City Hall, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard Northwest, in the City of R. amsey, Minnesota, relating to the proposed adoption of an Amendment to the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. i! within Development District No. 1, the proposed adoption of a Modification to the Development Program for Development District No. l, and the proposed establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 8 and the proposed adoption of a Tax Increment Financing Plan therefor, within Development District No. 1, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.174 through 469.179, inclusive, as amended. Copies of the Amendment to the Tax Increment Financing Plan, the Modification to the Development Program, and the Tax Increment Financing Plan as proposed to be adopted will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Administrator at CitY Hall. The property proposed to be included in Tax Increment Financing District No. 8 is described in the Tax Increment Financing Plan on file in the office of the City Administrator.
