-208- <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 00- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ORDiNANCE AUTHORIZiNG THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED 12'4 <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real property which property the <br />City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This chapter is adopted pursuant <br />to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the City, as <br />surplus property and hereby attthorizes sale of all or a part of said property.
