Please address the following issues prior to further development: It appears a drainage permit will be required. According to the site plan submitted a portion of this development drains to TH47. We were unable to clearly read the entire 8 Y2 x 11 grading plan that was included. Please re-submit a full size grading and drainage plan that includes existing and proposed conditions along with hydraulic computations addressing the 100-year storm event. Existing drainage patterns and rates of runoff affecting Mn/DOT right of way must be perpetuated. The site's stormwater drainage rate must not increase. If you have any questions regarding these issues please contact Benjamin Timerson in our Water Resources section at (763) 797-3055. · The access to the development on Xtdmo Ave. appears to be too close to the TH47 intersection. For safety purposes this access should be at least 300' from the intersection. It is also our understanding that the city will be sigTtalizing this intersection as part of the development project. Because this improvement is necessitated by the development the financial responsibility will be with the City, developer, or both.
