-276- <br /> <br />This resolution also establishes a grace period for the credit applications. If the pre-application form is <br />returned to the City of Ramsey by February' 28, 2001, then the property will be eligible for <br />retroactivity. If the credit is approved, the new rate will be effective as of the implementation of the <br />st6rm drainage utility. There will be no retroactivity of ANY storm drainage utility rates and/or <br />credits after February 28, 2001. This is a change to Resolution #00~07-172.
