Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #O0-12-XXX RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2000, PAYABLE 2001, MUNICIPAL TAX LEVY NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the following levies for assessed 2000, payable 2001, be levied upon the taxable property in said City of Rarnsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following purposes: GENERAL LEVY Fund 101: General Fund - General Operations Fiscal Disparity Transfer (as certified' HACA (as certified) Collected as Property Tax $ 521,424 527,964 2,925,010 $ 3,974,398 DEBT SERVICE LEVY Special Assessment Obligations Fund 321: 1992B G.O. Debt Service Certificates of Indebtedness Lease Revenue Bonds 1,668 79,008 155,516 $236,192 DRAINAGE DISTRICT LEVY Mississippi River Storm Water Sub Drainage District # 1 $43,348 TOTAL CERTIFIED LEVIES $ 4 253 938 2) That this final levy does not exceed the Proposed Levy adopted September 13, 2000. 3) That this final levy is being adopted as a result of the Public Budget Hearing held for the pm-pose of hearing the opinions of Ramsey residents on the proposed budget and amount of property taxes. 4) TI'tat the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Thursday, December 28, 2000, for the purpose of complying with Troth-In-Taxation. That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: and the following voted against the same: '-345-
