Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RES OLUTION #00-12-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING 200I SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting on December 12, 2000, staff recommended <br />approval of the attached Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />tL,-kMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the attached Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges is hereby adopted effective <br /> January 1, 2001. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br />and the followin~ abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duty passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 12th day of December, 2000. <br /> <br />-364- <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
