Councilmember <br /> <br />__ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #O0-12-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 4TH PARTIAL PAYMENT TO MEADOWVALE <br />CONSTRUCTION FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-66 (JUNIPER RIDGE DRIVE <br />STORM SEWER), #99-68 (164Ta LANE STORM SEWER) AND #00-28 (FLINTWOOD <br />ST OR3'I SEWER) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski inspected the completed Work' and <br />recommended fourth partial payment to Meadowvale Construction in the amount of $7,731.00. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes fourth partial payment to Mead0wvale' <br />Construction for Improvement Project #9%66, #99-68 and #00-28 in the amount of <br />$7,731.00 on December 19, 2000. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sig-n the release form for this payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills ibr the month of December 2000. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a sig-ned copy of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City COuncil <br />this the 19th day of December, 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
