Norman, City Administrator Brian Olson, City Engineer Jo Thieling, City Clerk Correction to 11/14/00 City Q'og!ge/~ Minutes Upon review of. the November 14, 2000, City'Council meeting minutes, City Engineer Brian Otson noted an incorrect statement. He brought it to my attention, along with the fact that these minutes have already been approved, and inquired' about getting the correction noted. Following is his note regarding these minutes. Correction to November 14, 2000, City Council minutes: The minutes of the November 14, 2000, City Council meeting indicate that the City does not intend to pay for the street sweeping in 2001 from the storm drainage utility fund. This ia' not true and needs to be corrected from the minutes that were approved at the December 12, 2000, City Council meeting. The street sweeping costs have been included in the storm drainage utility budget and deleted from the general fund budget. On page 3 of 19 of the approved minutes it states, "City Engineer Olson replied that this year street cleaning is coming out of the general fund, and it will 'likely come out of the general fund in the future." [ am asking that these minutes be revised to more accurately depict what was said, "City Engineer Olson repl'i&i that this year street cleaning is coming out of the general fun& and it wilt likely come out of the o,~,nesa4 storm drainage utility fund in the future." Staff is asking that Council please note the correction and re-approve the minutes of November 14, 2000. (A corrected Page 3 of 19 is included for your review.) Thank you.
