Storm Drainage Utility Credit Pre-Application Form <br /> <br />Billing Address: <br /> <br />Tglephone Number: <br /> <br />Property Address' <br /> <br />Anoka County PiN: <br /> <br />This application is strictly voluntary. This pre-application form is used in the event a property has on-site <br />measures that either decrease the amount of runoff generated or increase the water quality of the runoff, if <br />a property owner or person responsible for paying for the storm drainage fee believes that a particular fee is ' <br />incorrect, such person may request in writing that the fee be recomputed. If an error of more than 20% has <br />been made, the fee will be adjusted effective the quarter aPrer receipt of the letter, unless the pre- <br />application is submitted and received by the City of Ramsey by Febru.ary 28, 200l. if the pre-application is <br />received before February 28, 2~)01, there will an adjustment made since'the inception of the storm drainage <br />utility. To be considered for a storm drainage utility credit, the property owner w/Il be required to answer <br />the following questions. <br /> <br />Calculate and/or provide the following information: <br /> <br />I..Total site area in square feet: <br />2.
