ORDINANCE NO. 00- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN 'ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE #95-12 AND VACATING CERTAIN <br />DEDICATED DRAINAGE ANI) UTILITY EASEMENT IN TI-IZ CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />AxNOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION !. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />CitT of Ramsey, Section' 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-Mt: <br /> <br />All that part of Lot 10, Block I, Northfork Highlands Addition, and'all that part of Tract <br />A, Registered Land Survey No. I65, according to the plat and the registered land survey, <br />both on record in the Anoka County Courthouse, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies <br />Northerly, Easterly and Southerly of the following described line: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northwesterly comer of said Lot 10; thence South 25 degrees 41 <br />minutes 15 seconds East (bearings assumed and referenced to said plat) 84.50 feet; thence <br />South 78 degrees 42 minutes 22 seconds East 96.31 feet; thence South 1 degree 38 <br />minutes 14 seconds West 231.08 feet; thence south i5 degrees I8 minutes 44 seconds <br />East 25.99 feet to the Southerly line of said Lot 11, distant 35.44 feet Northeasterly of the <br />most Southerly c;)~_m, er thereof and there terminating.
