Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City is near completion with a development agreement and business subsidy agreement wi~h <br />AMCOR, with the corporate name of Oldcastle Precast, Inc., a Washington corporation. State <br />law requires that a business subsidy public hearing be held prior to the adoption of a business <br />subsidy agreement.
