Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #00-10- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT A <br />GARAGE CLOSER TO THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL <br />STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Roger Lavoie (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from Section <br />9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure closer to the front property <br />line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 6200 160m Lane NW and <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 5B, Block 1, Oakwood Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Tract B Registered Land Survey 193 <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on October 3, <br />2000, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 .of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF I~kMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact # ., a variance to construct an accessory structure closer to <br /> the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />This variance shall become null and void if it is not inflated within 12 months of the date of <br />approval. The Permittee may petition for 'an extension of time in which to complete the <br />vahance. Such extension shall be requested in writing and filed with the City at least 30 days <br />before the expiration of the original variance. <br /> <br />3. That the accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be closer than 455 <br /> feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />4. The Permittee agrees to construct the accessory building according to the Plot Plan received <br /> by the City of Ramsey dated September 12, 2000. <br /> <br />5.
